Regional Sales Manager
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth across Pomeroy Resorts' two destination resort properties: Alyeska Resort in Girdwood, Alaska, and Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge in Kananaskis, Alberta. Representing both properties under the Pomeroy Resorts portfolio, this role develops new business, manages existing accounts, and builds strategic relationships within assigned geographic and market segments.
The Regional Sales Manager serves as a unified market representative for both resorts, positioning each property individually while leveraging the combined strength, experiences, and capabilities of the Pomeroy Resorts portfolio. The role combines proactive prospecting, account management, presentations, site tours, FAMs, market analysis, forecasting, and cross-property coordination to deliver strong financial results and exceptional client and guest experiences.

Work Environment: This role may be based at Alyeska Resort, Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge, or remotely from an approved major business hub. The position requires flexibility across time zones and regular travel to both properties and assigned client markets. Extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays may occasionally be required to support clients, peak business periods, site tours, and special events. The role operates in a dynamic, fast-paced, guest-centric environment with frequent interaction with team members, guests, clients, and stakeholders.
