We’re looking for a Black Diamond Club Manager to lead our elevated Black Diamond Club experience in Girdwood, Alaska. 

What You’ll Do 

As the Black Diamond Club Manager, you’ll own the complete guest journey for our Black Diamond Club guests—from pre-arrival planning and personalized suite preparation to departure. You’ll lead the daily operation of the Club Floor while partnering across the resort to deliver luxury on the threshold of adventure. 

  • Lead daily Black Diamond Club Floor operations, maintain a visible presence, and step into operational roles when needed. 
  • Own the guest journey from pre-arrival planning through departure, maintaining thoughtful communication before, during, and after each stay. 
  • Deliver an upscale, personalized arrival experience, including suite inspections, check-ins, orientations, amenities, and special requests. 
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, Engineering, Culinary, and resort partners to ensure seamless service and maximize guest satisfaction. 
  • Lead, train, and develop the Black Diamond Club team while ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed and fostering trust, respect, and teamwork. 
  • Oversee service for high-profile groups and Very Important Person (VIP) guests, collaborating with internal teams and outside vendors to anticipate and fulfill requests.

What We Need 

  • At least 2 years of hotel, luxury hospitality, or comparable full-service guest operations experience; supervisory experience preferred. 
  • Proven hospitality experience in a high-volume, fast-paced luxury resort environment is highly desirable. 
  • Exceptional guest service skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to build relationships with guests, employees, vendors, and resort partners. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in English; additional languages are celebrated. 
  • High school diploma, general education degree, or international equivalent required. 
  • Operational knowledge of property management and guest relations systems such as Opera, RTP, Maitre’d, HotSOS/Rex, Alice, and RezDiary. 
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Alaska and maintain required Training for Alcohol Professionals (TAPS) certification and Food Worker Card.
