As the People & Culture Specialist, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture at Alyeska Resort. With a focus on supporting day-to-day personnel needs, your responsibilities will span from managing onboarding processes to providing essential assistance to employees. As an ambassador for Alyeska's values, you will contribute to creating a welcoming experience for new hires and enhancing the overall employee journey. Your role involves handling sensitive information with privacy and confidentiality, utilizing tech-savvy skills for onboarding systems, and ensuring professionalism in all interactions.
