Room Service Server

We’re looking for a Room Service Server to join our Food & Beverage team in Girdwood, Alaska.

What You’ll Do

As a Room Service Server, you’ll help deliver an exceptional in-room dining experience while supporting the day-to-day operation of Room Service. You’ll work closely with guests and teams throughout the resort to ensure every order is delivered with quality, accuracy, and genuine hospitality.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver and remove meals and beverages from guest rooms while providing friendly, professional service.

• Support the day-to-day operation of Room Service and assist restaurant teams when needed.

• Maintain Alyeska Resort standards for food quality, presentation, and service.

• Respond to guest questions and concerns quickly and professionally.

• Follow guest check, cash handling, and accounting procedures.

• Maintain appropriate inventory levels of china, silverware, linens, and other Room Service supplies.

• Assist with Club Lounge operations as needed.Help the team achieve revenue, labor, and operating expense goals.

 What We Need 

• Obtain a valid TAPS Card. 

• Obtain a Food Handlers Card.  

• Experience in similar server setting preferred. 

• Experience in a customer service setting. 

• The ability to multitask while providing exceptional guest service.
