This is not a remote position.

What You’ll Do

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring Alyeska Resort is staffed with qualified, engaged, and enthusiastic team members. • Candidate Sourcing & Outreach
Build strong relationships with workforce development organizations, educational institutions, and industry partners. Use job boards, social media, and creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

  • J-1 Visa Recruitment & Support
Assist with J-1 Visa recruitment efforts, including outreach to sponsors and agencies, and provide guidance and support to participants as they transition to Alyeska Resort.

  • Screening & Interview Coordination
Conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and help ensure a positive, professional candidate experience from first contact to offer.

  • New Hire Orientation
Support the facilitation of engaging and welcoming new hire orientation sessions in collaboration with leaders across the resort.

What We Offer
 $59,000 Annual Salary
Employee housing available for a small fee — live and play where you work
 Paid time off and holidays
Free Mountain Pass for employees and qualified dependents
Employee discounts on resort lodging, dining, retail, and Nordic Spa services
 Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
401(k) and Roth 401(k) retirement plans

What We Need

  • Organization & Attention to Detail
You’ll be managing multiple recruitment processes at once, so strong organizational skills are key. This is a position that requires strong processing aptitude and interest.

  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Comfortable working with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners in person, by phone, and via email.

  • Professionalism & Confidentiality
You’ll handle sensitive employee information and represent Alyeska Resort and our values at all times.

  • Tech-Savvy & Willing to Learn
Experience with HR systems and applicant tracking systems is helpful. Familiarity with UKG (UltiPro) and TalentNest is a plus, but not required.
