The role:
We're on the hunt for a dynamic Content & Media Manager for our Marketing division, someone who can take a piece of content, and leverage it to its fullest, engaging various audiences that pertain to our business.
You will be able to create content as well as coordinate with content-creators.
We need someone who can build a cohesive plan, and report on it meticulously.

You’ll spearhead our business growth through fresh, exciting marketing strategies and campaigns that shout from the mountaintops about Alyeska Resort and Alaska's untouched beauty. You’ll be able to balance a hospitality-focused approach with the key attraction that is our amazing ski & mountain offering, including the new Veilbreaker Sky bridges.
We need someone who is not only able to purchase impression but make a solid online impression for our destination.
The job includes:
Manage content creation, media campaigns and PR.
Work as a team with sales and operations to ensure brand harmony & optimal guest experience.
You will be implementing and reporting on industry-shaking campaigns.
Measure and analyze campaigns & PR initiatives.
Generate marketing materials that highlight our breathtaking terrain and luxury hospitality offerings across multiple platforms.
Scout the competitive landscape and consumer trends to devise marketing strategies that captivate guests, secure their loyalty, and propel our business.
Build or nurture strong relationship with local key players in the community and in the state.
Safeguard brand alignment to elevate brand awareness and equity.
Your Backpack Should Include:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar summit.
5+ years of charting your path in marketing with strong ties to hospitality, ski resorts or tourism.
Exceptional team spirit, communication, and decision-making skills, honed through adventures and trials.
Experience navigating digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
Proven ability to map out and manage budgets.
Professional wisdom and discretion.
Analytical skills to predict and spot trends and challenges on the horizon.
A keen eye for the latest tracks in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
A fervor for the outdoors, nature, and hospitality that runs as deep.
