Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Food and Beverage Administrator to join our prestigious resort, which boasts multiple outlets offering exceptional dining experiences. As a Food and Beverage Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our food and beverage operations by efficiently managing administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for the hospitality industry will contribute to the smooth operation and success of our diverse culinary offerings.

Responsibilities:

 1. Administrative Excellence:

  • Assist with the development and implementation of efficient administrative procedures, ensuring smooth operations across all food and beverage outlets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including inventory, purchasing, and financial data, utilizing relevant software and systems.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and reservations, ensuring effective communication among team members.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Handle incoming inquiries, complaints, and requests, providing prompt and professional resolutions.

2. Financial Management:

  • Support the Finance department in monitoring budgets, tracking expenses, and reconciling financial records related to food and beverage operations.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely and accurate ordering of supplies, maintaining optimal inventory levels and cost control.
  • Assist in analyzing financial data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist in generating financial reports and forecasts, contributing to strategic decision-making processes.

3. Communication and Collaboration:

  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among food and beverage staff, managers, and other departments within the resort.
  • Provide support to outlet managers by organizing and distributing necessary documentation, including menus, special event information, and staff schedules.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training programs, ensuring staff members are up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and best practices.
  • Act as a liaison between food and beverage outlets and other departments, fostering a positive and cohesive working environment.

4. Customer Service Excellence:

  • Assist in maintaining high standards of customer service across all food and beverage outlets, ensuring a memorable and positive guest experience.
  • Handle guest feedback, inquiries, and concerns in a professional and timely manner, collaborating with outlet managers and staff to provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and collaborate with the Guest Relations team to address any areas of improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role within the food and beverage industry, preferably within a resort or high-volume hospitality environment.
  • Proficient in using industry-standard software applications for administrative tasks, such as Microsoft Office Suite, inventory management systems, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and foster positive relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of current industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to food and beverage operations.
